Customer Update

Important information regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Like everyone, we’ve been busy gathering as much information as possible about the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). We have taken advice from trusted sources, working out how we can best protect our customers, our suppliers, our visitors and our employees.

With that in mind we want to tell you about some of the steps we have taken so far.

  • In our offices and warehouse, we’ve increased the frequency of our cleaning, paying particular attention to the surfaces that employees and visitors touch in high traffic areas.
  • We’ve restricted business travel abroad for all staff and have measures in place to reduce all non-essential UK travel.  We’re using alternative meeting methods such as conference calls, Facetime or Skype to keep in touch.
  • We’re giving everyone the opportunity to use our washing facilities to wash their hands regularly with anti-bacterial soap.  We’re regularly reminding our employees how to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
  • We’re being extra cautious in terms of any employee signs of illness, asking them to self-isolate at home where necessary and carefully following the advice from government and the WHO.
  • We’re contacting our suppliers to establish and confirm that they are following the WHO guidelines and have adequate measures in place.
  • Finally, we’re in constant contact with all relevant authorities to make sure that we continue to do everything we can.
